The main directions of market transformations

Political and economic transformations in the former communist countries entail the creation of political systems, as well as the guarantee of civil rights for the peoples of the former communist countries, which also requires extensive legislative and institutional changes, so economically it was necessary:

the restoration of some institutions and mechanisms characteristic of capitalist economies that have disappeared or functioned have atrophied in the command economy;
rethinking the role of the state in the economy.

Systematic transformation involves the introduction of three main categories of changes:

Institutional and structural changes: the most important was the establishment of private property rights, which, in turn, was followed by competition (which had to be created and protected), and then the establishment of contractual relations between economic agents, and this is because the contract is the legal support of the manifestation. the freedom of economic agents, it covers their rights, duties, but also their duties. Private ownership creates the prerequisites for the efficient allocation of resources, correlating incentives with the results of economic activity.
Economic deregulation and the creation of competitive markets through measures to liberalize prices, exchange rates, and foreign trade: the creation of competitive markets implies:
the free coordination of prices for goods or services in different markets;
creation and protection of competition
These conditions guarantee the establishment of fair prices, remuneration for producers and fair for buyers. Competitive markets can be associated with the efficient use of limited resources, with the lowest costs and the ability to adapt to changes in the relationship between supply and demand. Regarding the review of the role of the state, its role is to establish the rules of the game in the economy and ensure their observance.:

It is necessary to gradually limit the role of the state as the main economic agent and the sole agent for coordinating economic relations;
At the same time, the state must ensure the supply of collective goods (education, healthcare, internal security).;
Thus, countries with economies in transition are recovering through the simultaneous action of market forces (the free action of economic agents), as well as through government intervention.
Achieving economic macrostability: creating institutions of a market economy also means building social relations, regardless of whether a balance is achieved in countries with economies in transition. Thus, it was proposed to create institutions that provide social protection for disadvantaged people, as a result of building social solidarity relations between different social categories. The source of success in capitalist economies lies in the balance between the effectiveness of institutional mechanisms and economic structures and the maintenance of balanced social cohesion, which is usually the result of government intervention.
The factors determining the achievement of these desires relate mainly to the degree of external openness of any economy, as well as to the deepening of economic interdependencies with other participants in the global economy.; Международная легализация документов требует глубоких знаний и опыта.
